lighting help

Been searching around for lights, and hitting a few road blocks.

I've ordered a new Oceanic 58 gallon RR tank. Got the word that it has arrived today, so Im going to pick it up tonight.

Basically, Im looking to have a mixed reef. Im thinking just one MH with some type of supplemental actinics. I would like the one MH because then I can place low light corals to the left and right sides, and I'd like to keep my maxima's on the sand bed. This tank is 21.5 inch in height. It is also 36 inch length.

Guess a 250 DE should do. But I find that some fixtures are either to short (24"), dont come in DE, only have 150's, etc. Gets a little fustrating.

Can someone help and recommend a fixture for this setup?

150 DE bulbs will be sufficient so if you can get a fisture wtih 2 150 and T5s then it will work well.

Really? I've posted previously asking if I could use an aqualight pro on this tank. It only has one 150de, but I was told clams would have to be in the rock work, not on the sand bed. So with two 150de's I could keep em on the sand??

ive got 2-150 de on a 75, they put out a lot more light then 175's, closer to 250's

Been looking around at some different fixtures. Looked at the sls maristar (2x150 + T5s)
There is also the 2x250 + T5s which is only a few $ more. Do you think the 2x250's will be too much? Im sure the clams wont mind.
But if Im keeping some low light corals?
Either fixture, I will be mounting it on the legs, as I dont have room to suspend from ceiling. Thoughts?

How far are you planing on having the fixture off the surface? And what kind of lowlight corals are you wanting to keep? IME the frogspawn family forget the latin family name...and a leather toad stool do well under my 250 DE's what few shrooms that were hitchhikers do ok but not great, In my case thats a good thing since I want a 99% sps tank.

From what I've read in another post, the legs hold the fixture about 8" off the top of the tank, +/- about 3" of adjustment. I have various shrooms, some leathers, sinularia. Guess they should all adjust to the new light, and some of the shrooms I can keep in some over hangs/caves.
