Lighting- is it enough?

I have a GBTA and my lighting consist of 4 65w actinic and 4 65w 12000 daylight compact. The reason I ask is because I did a 20% water change yesterday and my BTA looks like it is shrivaled up on one side. It has moved from the front of my 75g to the back to the top and now is back in the front. The mag is low and I am supplementing for that. Sal 1.024 nits are 10,(Nitrate sponge) ph 8.0, kh is 9, ca is 600. phos is .04 which I do have a phos bag working on that.(PhosLock). Can't take pics. Camera is out of order. Sorry!

ca is high, most run at 450 and i run mine at 480...that could be the source of the problem...otherwise, lighting is not an issue...something with the water
