Lighting.... is this good?

That is a great FOWLR fixture, not too sure about supporting corals under it though. With that size tank, if you want to go the coral route I would really consider metal halide lighting. Basically, 260watts of PC light on a 100 gallon tank is not a lot. You might be Ok with mushrooms and perhaps zoanthus and button polyps, but that would be it.
 
you'll be ok with softies. i have the same lighting, just the 48'' orbit and my corals are doing great! currently supports 2 tree corals, star polyps, and shrooms and there all doing good! looking to add some frogspawn soon. also have a gbta with the lighting.
 
I have the same light that was in your link, above. But mine is the 36" model, I got it from a RC friend of mine for $50, I have it over my 55 gallon tank & it does fine with the BTA, condy, shrooms, mushrooms, xenia I have in their... here is some pictures:

thats kinda what im running right now (upgraded my 29 gal to 90) I also run a 48 inch t5 so the light go across the whole tank.
