Lighting issues

Quick question to everyone. I just purchased a set if reefbreeder led lights and I want to run them with a couple of t5s that I currently have. The issue is that my current t5 fixture is to big so I was looking into purchasing a t5 fixture with two or three bulbs. Is there something specific I should look for in the fixture or can I get anyone from Ace. I currently have ati bulbs and would like to keep them. What should I look into for the new fixture. Thank you in advanced.

From what I have read here from the experts, the ones designed for aquariums are better because of their rejectors and their ballasts are more constant/efficient.

Having said that, I believe you are on the right track. A hybrid light with LEDs and T5s really works great for the corals.

I used to have one and the cursos really loved it.

Good luck!

Seems the best way is to get a retro kit and build it around the leds. Aquaticlife makes a great aio set up, just need bulbs & reflectors. Easiest to do in a canopy.

This is the one I used for awhile. Worked great & no diy wiring.
