Lighting levels of Steve's led

I recently purchased Steve's lighting up grade for the biocube 32 . I read the recommended beginning light levels are around 30%. I was just wondering if it's total light percentage or both the whites and the blues should start around 30% each? Currently I've had them for a week running the blues at 35% and the whites at 20% . My corals seam much plumper than before. Does that mean I need more light? Also I have the bluefish controller.

You always want more blue than white because the zooanthelle requires several times more blue.

The white's make the tank look more natural.

To give you an idea. I have the blue on for 12 hours, and the white on for 4. That is because the sun's peak intensity only last for four hours of the day. So I want to mimic nature so the natural life an succeed. I put the white on in the evening to enjoy it while I'm home.

To see how your tank does, instead of increasing them both at the same rate. Let the blue get ahead and make sure you watch the corals to see if you are hurting them with too much light. Some people use 30,40 even 50 percent more blue than white.
