Lighting Program

I currently have my lights set to turn on and off with the controller. Is it possible to reprogram the outlet to set different turn on and off times depending on the day of the week.

My thought is to run the lights less during the week when I work and longer on the weekends for when I am home and looking at the tank. If varying this is bad for the fish and corals please let me know that too.
