I have a 10g tank i am going with a 150 watt fixture from fishneedit.com. But i was wondering what bulb i should get? (14k or 20k) Also what is the differance? and can i interchange them?

As long as they are both 150 watt bulbs, you can interchange them. As for which one to get, that is up to you. A 20K is going to be bluer then the 14K bulb (( in most cases, there be exceptions )). In the end it is going to be which one you like best.
