Lighting question for a 12g nano

I've never set up a nano before (have a 300g SPS tank at home). I'm looking at the Aquapod 12g, and plan to keep a few SPS and zoa's. For lighting I prefer 20KK MH (not looking for a lot of growth :)).

Would a 150W 20KK be overkill? The alternative for me would be a 70W 14KK, but I figure if I go with the 20KK I'd try the Sunpod 150W, with a 20KK bulb.

Any help would be appreciated...

I have a 70W 14K and 2x32W antinic PCs over my 12, perfect color IMO, and the heat isnt that bad, I was afriad with the 150W halide there might have been too much heat. Im keeping SPS in mine and they love the light, I wouldnt change anything on my setup.

no its retrofit into a hood I made, I have 2x3inch computer fans that blow across the top of the water and push out all the heat through the back opening. Ill try to get some pictures, suits me just dandy :).
