Would 28 watts be enough for a 10 gallon nano tank. Im going to grow zoos, leathers, poylops and most other soft corals. I have a 10 gallon freshwater tank Im going to convert to salt water. I have the hood with the strip light. If I got another strip light with higher wattage would that be enoght. Or should I go with the power compact

Your tank wasn't ever treated for ich was it? If so you likely have copper in it which is bad news for corals. If the silicon is blue then you will need to get another tank. You may have already known that, but not everyone does.

28W sounds a little on the low side, but you might be able to pull it off. If you could double that, then you should have plenty for what you want to do.

Just my thoughts,
