Lighting question

What is wrong with these lights? They are so much cheaper then any other MH that I have been looking at. Has anyone used them?

Seems like aquatraders has a VERY bad rep.

Aquatraders does have a bad rep. I wouldn't buy from them based on others' reported experiences.
