lighting question

2x150w metal halide
2x2x54w actinic light.
LED lights:
would that be enough to have any coral i want in a 90 or 75 gallon tank

My 125 is the same height as your 75 or 90. I use 250 watt halides and I think 150 watts would be underpowered if you want to grow a lot of high light corals. Although, quality reflectors will make a big difference.
 
I'd feel more comfortable with 250s on a 90g. 150s might be ok on a 75g for light-demanding animals high-up, but maybe not on the sand.
 
i just bought a deep blue solar xtreme 4x36 inch t5 lights is that a good light?

I haven't heard much about them. Is it cooled with fans? Individual reflectors? What bulbs come with it (ie stock, or brand name)? Does it come with a splash shield, or is it bare-bulb?
 
It mainly just depends where you place your corals. If you place sps on rocks near the top the 150 will work just fine. It will just limit the depth at which you can grow sps.
