Lighting Question

How would this light fixture compare to my odyssea 48" 216 watt HO T5 fixture with ATI bulbs?

I have seen these on an aquarium and the optics are to tight for the amount of bulbs in the fixture causing spotlighting. I would think that corals wouldn't grow nearly as good because of the shadowing in some places but they should grow pretty good directly under the bulbs.

60 PAR at 24 inches water depth seems low to me from some of the numbers I recall from the T5 thread by Grim Reefer. I thought we needed those numbers up around 300 PAR at depth.
