Is the following enough in my 125g tank?

For a fish only tank you'll be fine but if you want any kind of coral in there I'd be looking at something more appropriate.
 
Except for use in a refugium where you want to promote algae growth I would not use it. Even for a fish only tank you will be fighting algae
