Lighting Question

I currently have a 24g nanocube with 144w PC lighting. I was thinking of changing over to a 70w MH. Am I going backwards on lighting here(meaning less light) or will 70w MH be enough for my tank? or am I better of with the 144w PC.

get a 150 watt halide....That tank will really bling!

If all I'm housing is just zoas and softies, would a 150W be overkill for them? Also how would they react to so much extra light?

you would just have to place them at the bottom. If softies is all your going for, maybe a 70 will be enough.
