I have a 90 gal in the works I was thinking about running 2 - 250w mh do I need supplimentation or not ? Also what is the difference between 10k and 20k

The 10k bulb is white and will get better coral growth the 20k will have a lot of blue and not get as good of growth. So maybe if you go with a 14k you get the best of both worlds and may not need suppliments.

yes , if you get 14 or 15k bulbs it will be good and if you want buy a retrofit kit with t5 bulbs. One actinic and one daytime - that is what i have.
