but if you can find T5 HO lights with individual reflectors that would be better, especially the cost of replacing PC bulbs vs.T5 bulbs.

I had 4X96 W on my 75. Softies, gorgonians, shrooms, ricordea and torch/frogspawn. although the LPS didn't really grow. I replaced 2 X96 with 4X54 T5s - MUCH brighter. When the PC bulbs go, I'm going to replace them with 2 more T5s.

I would say go with the T5s HO better then the PC. The PC is more for a fish only tank.
