Lighting Recommendations

I'm looking for some info on lighting recommendations, i.e. impartial websites and info like JB NY did with MH testing. I'm keeping leathers and SPS corals, it's time to change my lighting scheme. Some topics I'd like to cover are below:

MH & VHO Flourescent
MH & Compact Flourescent

10000K
14000K
20000K

I'm not really sure what you're asking? Have you been to Sanjay's site? That will give you plenty of MH comparisons.

BTW, I had a MH/PC combo and modded it to a MH/VHO. I like the VHO better. Lot less heat.

I second the vhos.I recently changed from pc suplement to vho and my corals showed colors I never new they had!I will never use any thing else.

VHO is much better than PC's as supplemental lighting.
