lighting,return,bulkhead,skimmer help.

hello all,

some background, im helping my brother set up a 220 7'x2'x2' as a FOWLR. the tank is in a high ocupancy area so it needs to be as quiet as can be. so down below is a list of things i need help with. please state where the best/cheapest play to buy the item if you happen to know where to get them at.

-i actually know what skimmer to buy msx or octo extreem 200..( i think people are way overskimmer there tanks.. and imo this is the skimmer he should use) what i dont know is where i can get them for the better price and which one is better built?

-since it is a FOWLR i was thinking about 60'' t5 lighting staggered unless someone has a better cheaper idea? (im keeping bulb replacement in mind also)

-as for the return pump, it is going to be a submersible one since noise is a factor. i was thinking either a ehiem1262? or a octo 6500 ?

-last but not least are bulkeads. should i order the regular ABS ones or the hayward one. i have already drilled 2x 60mm holes in the back of the tank.

The ehiem1262 is a quite pump. You'll hear the hum, but it's subtle. The only thing quieter that I've owned is a Red Dragon--which I can't even hear unless I put my ear up against the aquarium. But the Dragon is 3x the price of the ehiem.

Both pumps can be in or out of the water.
