I currently running Atinic lights for 1 hr them 6 hour of day light follow by 1 hr atinic and 4 of moon light the rest is complete dark. Is this correct or should i stay blue lunar light all night?

You should be running the actinic while you run your 10k day bulb for full spectrum light. Some people like to start with the actinic for half an hour an hour before turning on the 10k and do the same when it comes to shutting off the 10k. Generally you want the day light on for at least 9 hours. As for the lunar led I have mine on for two hours before the actinic come on in the morning and 2 hours after they go off at night. I'm still debating as to whether or not I should have them run all night. Mine are nice and dim so I don't think they disturb the fish too much.
