Lighting Setup Help

I am hung up between getting some new lighting.

I have a 75 gallon oceanic - normal 75g diamentions.

I want to keep softies/lps and some sps and a clam.

I wanted to go with one of the following:

1. T-5 setup: IC 48" 6 bulb setup
2. MH - IC ballast 2x250 (10K) with 2 IC 48" T-5
3. MH - IC ballast 2x400 (10K) with 2 IC 48" T-5
4. MH - IC ballast 2x250 (10K) or 2x400 with VHO (URI)
5. T-5 setup: IC 48" 6 bulb setup with 1 175w MH in middle.
6. T-5 setup: IC 48" 4 bulb setup with 2 IC VHO (URI)

I really like the T-5 setup but worried that it will burn up any softies.

Worried about the MH and T-5 setup that it will still burn up any softies.

Display is primary, growth secondary so I would like the tank to be white (no yellow) with a hint of blue.

Any help here.

I would go with #1 or #2. One if you are worried about heat, two if you light the glitter lines (I do) and have a chiller, or good ventalation for your canopy. #4 work work fine as well with 250w halides and 110w VHO actinics (URI). 400w (#3 & #4) is overkill IMO no matter what you plan to keep. #5 is just weird IMO.
