Lighting suggestions for my new 50

Just looking for some lighting ideas and prices. Top is 36x18 but has a center brace. What do u guys suggest?

If your gonna have a canopy over the top look at one of the retrofit kits.

Yes I ordered a canopy. I believe it's 36x18x eith 12 or 15 tall.

I found a 4x36" T5 odyssey fixture for like 90. I think it's cheap and has like 2 actinics and 2 6500k t5's iirc if your interested I can find the website for you...
I had a 4x24" t5 fixture over my 50g and it wasnt enough light .. but I had it laying around=)

I had odysseys 4x48" T5 fixture for a week and one of the lights was flashing and I couldn't get it to stay on so I returned it.

OH theres always catalina... I believe the owners name is Jim?? they build some nice lighting setups and aren't too expensive another member just had one built a week or two ago

I like the look of LED but it's $$$. And Im not very good at DIY type things.

the rapid led kits are very easy they even sell solderless connections so you dont have to use a soldering iron.. it's add an additional $1.50 per LED though.. for that 50g you should be able to get away with 48 or maybe even 36 leds..
