Lighting suggestions

I am due for new bulbs and would like some advice on what to get.

Tank: 225g 72" X 24" X 30" Mixed, but primarily SPS/LPS tank.

Currently I have a 72" aquaspace light with 3 X 250w 10k and 4 X 24w PC actinics. I will also be adding 2 or 4 80w T5s when I pull the fixture down to rebulb.

So my question is what combination of bulb color temps should I get to ensure good growth and color?

Is this sufficient to punch through 30" of water?

xm10k and atinics. put your sps and higher light needers closer to the top
