After some reseach on those ebay lights. I found a lady on the forum had a fire at her school caused by those lights. Just search ebay led in the lighting section. Or you can google this and find all kind of info. Cheap Chinese LEDs lead to aquarium fire at Arizona community center preschool

This is the set up I just bought. A little more than you want to spend but a solid light that will allow you to keep whatever you want. Also not having to replace bulbs is nice.
