Lighting Timers

I am setting up my lighting system on my 55g reef tank now and I have a few questions:

1. How long should the lights stay on and from what times
(Moon lights, Sump Light, White Lights and Actinict(sp?) lights) I have a cord for every light
2. What is a good time system to run all 4

my sump light stays on 24/7 , my whites 8 hours with the blues coming on an hour before and staying on an hour after for 10 hours total. i dont have moon light but if i did they would turn off about a half hour after i go to bed on a normal day.
