what lighting do you recommend for a frogspawn?

I've had pretty good luck with most types of lighting with mine. However for me 440w of VHO over a 75 gallon tank seemed to yield the best results. I could keep it anywhere in the tank and it grew well. With halide it did best out of direct exposure to the 250w DE. They do not require a lot of light, but do appretiate being fed.

I've noticed as you get brighter lighting that you get less polyp extension. I recently upgraded my lighting by adding 2 more VHO strips over my 45 for a total of 475 watts, and the Frogspawn still looks good, just less inflated than it did before.
