also, what hard corals (if any) can i keep?

It should be more than enough if your putting on your 20 gallon. you could keep any sps. Some might need to be higher though.

I'd think it would be fine on a 20 long. I go with 2 ATI blue plus, a figi purple and a aquablue sp.
