I have a 125 FO, with basic 60 watts NO 50/50 bulbs, how much wattage do I need for the live rock and what type of lighting seems to be the best, i.e. pc, vho, t-5

Forgot to mention I am planning on adding live rock after I purchase the lighting

With a fowlr tank you dont need alot of lighting. However i personally would use 2 four foot fluorscent lights on it.

Liverock really doesn't require strong lighting. Baics lights as listed are fine.
