I have 10 gal tank I wanna do zoos in what's the minimum watts I can go with this tank?

A couple of 36 watt PC's would be enough. 1 actinic and 1 - 10 k set at least 4 inches off the glass to reduce any possible chance of heat issues.

I had a 20" orbit fixture that fits nicely on a ten gallon and puts out 80W PC, also had moon lights and a fan. Nice coloration on a zoa tank IMO.
