For a 29 gallon tank (30 x 12 1/2 x 17) what would be the minimum lighting for a T. crocea?

the more light you can provide, the better (within realistic reason). As your lighting gets better, make sure it does not cause preipheral harm-ie- increasing water temp, uv burning, etc.

dont think of it as "how small can I go", but "how large can I go".
