lighting?

I want to set up a anemone tank (BTA or Haddoni) w/ a 35g hex and a 12g sump. What lighting is enough? I am thinking of using a 175w or 250w MH in the 15-20k range. which is better IYO? I am already running a 250w over my 75g and think it might be overkill for the 35g, but the 35 is 24" deep, 4" deeper than my 75g. I am leaning twords the 250w because I already have 2 extra bulbs.

Any input would be great.

24inch deep means 250watt if you want to keep a nem at the bottom of the tank
