Lighting?

Hey,
My brother is looking to start up a 10gallon nano tank. He wants like softies, zoas, mabye an anemone, torches, etc. Would this be efficient lighting?

With a 96watt quad over a 10g you will be able to keep Softies, and LPS without a problem. Montipora Digitata should also do well under that amount of light if placed closer to the light. I'm not too experienced with Anemones as there might be a few smaller species that would do well in this size tank. However the more larger species such as Bubble Tips, Long Tentacle, Condylactis, etc get far too large for a tank this small and there is a good possibility of it stinging neighboring coral and inverts. I would personally use a much larger tank for keeping a Anemone.
