I just upgraded my tank from a 2 gallon nano to a 10 gallon nano. In the 10 gallon, the lighting system is 13 watts. I don't know if the lighting should be stronger or no. And would a moon lighting system help the fish at all?

Definitely need more light. I wouldn't worry about moonlights until you figure out your base lighting.

1 small halide or a few T5s.
