Hey guys. So, today I purchased a digital power center by coralife. It has two daylight timers and two night.
I was going to set the actinic to go on at 8am and the HO at 10, but because this product only allows you to program both yellow outputs (day time) into one timer... I cannot. I am forced to have both lights power on at 8 and go off at 6. (10 hrs of light for both..)
Brings me to my next point, the blue output (night output). When the yellows are off, the blues are automatically switched on. There's no way of controlling this... It is very annoying. My question is, do moonlights have to be on all night... I've been turning them off before I go to bed. I'm not sure if they're suppose to be kept on, but since this timer doesn't give me the option to turn them off, this is when I started to question "why.. There must be a reason to this.."
