First half of my order arrived fom Reef Radiance!!! I ordered 5 Units and got the first three already, should get the other two this week! Rick is a real nice guy and his customer service is top notch IMO. With that being said I couldn't wait and got the project going yesterday, Took down the T5's and mounted some brackets into the studs behing my tank, It took a while to figure out a DIY project for this but we got it done, hung the first three lights got everything plugged into my Apex and BAMMM these lights are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you can se I still need to put 1 more unit on each end of the tank, will post more pictures once I receive them , after I mount those I am going to build 2 floating canopies on each side of the tank to hide all the mounts and wires . . Will also post pictures once I get that made and installed!!!:D:D

Just wanted to show everyone what they are getting and convinced Rick to extend the sale now that FMAS can see the lights on a tank!!! I believe he will post a extended group buy shortly for who ever missed out!!

If you have any questions be sure to ask and I will try and answer to the best of my Knowledge!!

Steve you need to zip tie the cables dude! Stop slacking. You act like you just has reconstructive knee surgery or something

nice, I remember seeing that tank before somewhere, seems like I remember it being a custom built system and was originally set up as freshwater in a doctors house or something like that but last time I seen it, it was for sale, if I remember correctly...

you care to post a link to your build ? I wanna check it out again :)

looks great, you should have plenty of light with 5 or those babies over it :)

Hi Steve,

Thanks for showing off our lights. What I like if that your pictures show that that our DM-132e - a very inexpensive LED - can light even very large tanks like yours quite effectively. And yes - here is the Group Buy for FMAS. We did very well last time with your group and I wanted to say Thanks by creating some really incredible deals for you guys. Click on the link below and see what we did for you. You will notice that there is no ending date - that is because we are going to go until we run out. We have a lot of items for sale - but at these prices they will not last long!

I found this tank on the west coast of florida it was origianlly just on a all black base and the guy had it filled up half way selling frags and Corals out of it, he decided it was a pain to keep doing that and I bought and fixed it up with some paint, crown molding and some mosaic, I need to get a build thread of the tank but just have never had the time to organize the pictures of everything but one day I will! Will post some more pics when I get the other two lights!

Thanks

Lovin the look of your tank with the tile around the too and tank design!!!! I should be getting the dm-132e within the next week or so for my frag tank and I can't wait to see what it will look like!!! :-)

Thank You Sir . . . . You are going to be very happy, the very few corals I have seemd to be loving them and they look great under the blues!!

I have a similar light what intensities do you have the channels set to? I was running them a bit high, but have since ramped them down.. was before like 65-70:45-50, now more like 50:30... corals were bleaching a tiny bit, but colors coming back very nicely...
