Should I keep my lights on in my sump on for 24hrs? I finally got my levels under control but now I have green hair in my sump and starting on my live rock.

I would cut the lights back to a normal photoperiod like 12 on, 12 off. Some people run a reverse light schedule from the display to help balance PH. Macros tend to grow better with a dark period also.

What kind of macro?
