How long has your system been set up? What kind of coral? How long have the corals been in there. As long as the corals are not the more sensitive SPS, are healthy, and have been in there long enough, a few day blackout is fine.

about 2 weeks on tank set up water has ben tested everthing is ok i tested it and fish store tested it my coral closed up for a coulpe days and they seem to be doing better today i have one fish and its doing ok

agae is on all the rock and sand and what is a w/c and gfo im new at this lol
w/c= water change
gfo= granular ferric oxide or phosphate removal media.
The best thing you can do right now is frequent small water changes during which you siphon out the algea until you get your own test kits which you should do sooner rather than later.
your tank has'nt cycled yet and you will likely lose those corals. Sorry!

metal halide lights? chiller? what's the temperature of the tank? How close are the lights to the surface of the tank? how many hours are you running the lights for? I would get more rock IMO.

IMO = in my opinion
