how long should you have the lights on for the tank
i have the white lights on for 8 hours and
the blue actinic for 8 hours
about 4 hours they are on together

most people run there light between 8-12 hours a day, so you are right in there. unless your having algae problems, your doing fine.

My schedule is 8 hrs actinics, 6 1/2 hrs white. Hope that helps a little
