Lime for Kalk

I posted this in the My-sea forum too. I might have to mail order.

Do any of you use pickling lime for making Kalk? I used to be able to buy Ball's at the CoOp but they don't seem to carry it any more.

Any of you have a source?

Pickling lime is a seasonal thing in most markets. Usually available in summer when people are canning. So if you order more expensive stuff don't order a lot. You will probably be able to find it locally in a month or two.
