How do you detach these from rocks? I can't do it with my hands, and am afraid that a knife will hurt them.

Slide them or twist them, if you're pretty strong, you may be able to detach them without a knife.

They attach so strongly that most of the time you will end up killing them. If they are on the aquarium glass then using a credit card or something similar will gently dislodge them.

They are attached to the LR, not the glass. They are the best cleaners I got. Any more suggestions? I'm pretty strong and don't come close to getting the job done.

Why do you want move it/them? To clean someplace else?
