Lionfish Ich and color loss

I have a Predator tank with a sick volitan lionfish, it looks like a bad case of ich, he also has had a loss of color and cloudy eyes among acting strange. He eats like no tomorrow and all water parameters are where they should be. He is the only one in the tank that has any signs. In the tank I have 2 volitans total, snowflake eel, clown trigger, and a porcupine puffer along with a turbo snail and a star fish.

He has been like this for about 3 weeks. Below is a video of him to give a short idea of what he is doing(and the color loss compared to the picture). He has been doing barrel rolls and tossing from side to side (vertically) using the sand bed to push him self, almost as if he is scratching himself on it.

I have given him a freshwater dip and also started dosing ParaGaurd to the tank last week.

Any suggestions on what I may need to do would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Ariyan

below is a picture of him before the color loss.

If you're sure it's Ich (tiny white sprinkles all over the fish); then you need to treat all of your fish, even though the lion is the only one showing symptoms. Do you have any corals/inverts in this tank? If not, I would look into doing hypo on the entire tank. If memory serves, lions/puffers are not good candidates for copper treatment.

Thank you for the response...I woke up this morning and my big lion passed away. I am positive it was ich, im not sure how it got in there, last fish i added was almost 6 months before signs of it and all my fish get put in my QT for 4-6 weeks before adding them to my display. That tank does not have any coral in it, I moved all my inverts to another tank before starting para guard seeing they really shouldn't be in there when I'm using that... The normal setup of that tank has sump with skimmer, live rock, reactor, uv sterilizer(not used when reactors on)
