Liopropoma eukrines

Currently trying to decide on a species of Liopropoma to keep in my 65g tank as a pair. L. eukrines is a second favorite to the prized L. carmabi, but the latter is out of my budget currently. Has anyone seen any of the L. eukrines for sale recently? Any idea what they are sold for usually? I'm only asking because the only Liopropoma species I have seen locally is L. swalesi, and so far there has only been one specimen.

From time to time, I have seen them on Diver's Den, but not lately. Normally, they don't sell quickly on DD. I believe they list them right under $300.
Have you considered Lipropoma Mowbrayi (Cave Basslet)? IMO, they are very beautiful, and I have a Candy Basslet. The pink on the Mowbrayi is very nice, and it runs around $200 on DD.

I have a pair of liopropoma collettei, they are beautiful too. 200$ for the pair.
good luck

The liopropoma multilineatum is amazing too!

I had a L. rubre. They are inexpensive and beautiful.
I just lost it for a power failure!

They are all amazing and if you don't mind about the higher prices get the one that you like most.
If I coud I would get the L. carmabi. :D

Grandis.

Any info on the L. aurora? My LFS has one availae but I cant find any info online. Does
anyone have some information about that fish?

There are so many choices! L. latifasciatus as well...

Talking to a couple of the stores around here, I'm thinking I'll be settling on L. swalesi or L. rubre since they can get them without much hassle, but don't typically order them. Who knows, if I can breed them, a gate could open to a pair of the ever coveted L. carmabi... :)
