LIRA 2017 Holiday Party

Hi Everyone,

The Long Island Reef Association (LIRA) clubs annual holiday party will be at the Long Island Aquarium on Saturday December 9th, 2017.

Cocktail hour starts at 7PM. :celeb3:

Date: Saturday December 9th, 2017
Time: 7:00 PM
Where: Long Island Aquarium
431 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY 11901

Admission for this years event is....

$40 for club members
$65 for friends/family/guests that would like to attend

RSVP Deadline: 11/18/17
Please sign up here http://www.longislandreef.org/holidayparty.htm so we can get an accurate guest list to catering by Nov 30th.

The event will have a cash bar this year for beer and wine.

As an added bonus every member attending the party will receive a raffle ticket for a Coralife 14 gallon Bio Cube with stand along with 2 bags of sand.

We need to have 50 paid guests signed up by November 18th.

Welcome Cocktail Hour:

• Chicken & Sweet Corn Pancakes, Spicy Chili Sauce
• Soba Noodles and Crabmeat on a Spoon
• Buffalo Chicken Spring Rolls, Blue Cheese Sauce
• Creamy Tomato Soup with mini Grilled Cheese
• Grilled Chicken Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce
• Cider Roasted Pork on Crostini, Apple & Cranberry Marmalade
• Potato Pancakes, Cinnamon Spiced Apple Compote
• Brie and Raspberry Tartlet
• Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Cucumber Dipping Sauce

Buffet Dinner:

• Salad: Masculine Salad, Dried Cherries, Gorgonzola & Shallot Vinaigrette
• Carving Station: Beef Tenderloin
• Pasta Bar: Butternut Squash Ravioli and Classic Penne ala Vodka
  
  Hot Chafing Selections:
• Pesto Chicken with Sliced Tomato and Fresh Mozzarella
• Pistachio Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce
• Eggplant Rollatini

Dessert:

• 3 Seasonal Gelato Station with assorted toppings
• Coffee and Tea

Bar:
Beer/Wine/Soda/Juice/Coffee/Tea
