List of supplements/ elements?

I've seen references to different elements helping with certain colors, ex. potassium (K) helping with blue and pink, etc. Does anyone have a list of these? I am coming up short in searches. Not looking for a quick fix that could end in disaster, just something to consider looking for when it seems nothing else can explain what I'm seeing.
