My LM3 has a 150ml/min calibration, so 1 second is 2.5ml about. This code should yield about 15ml over the 3 hours of 6 to 9 am correct? is 1 second on too short to run a LM3?

Unless you are running the pump independent of the controller you should not use the EB8 to control the LM3. The PM3 uses a 9 minute cycle to dose so it divides 24 hours / 9 / amount to get the dosage per cycle. If you really want to have a program like this then I suggest using a 12v power supply directly to a pump, then the program can do what you expect.
