Little help -bleaching Monti

Everything else in my tank is doing great, even managed to rescue a few dying corals which seem to be coming back. Tank parameters look good. But for some reason my Monti has started bleaching in the last week. Anything I can try to keep it alive? More, less flow. Etc.
