Little tube worms on my glass.

Today I looked at my glass near the backs where I never clean and reallised there were litte white tube worms growing on my glass. My question is is that a good thing and a is it a sign that my tank is mature now?
 
Thats okay if you like tube worms growing on the back of your tank. They will spread if they get too much food or if you don't have a protien skimmer.

I guess that means that its mature, tube worms and little filter feeder things will pop up as the tank matures.
 
If the are curled (looks like snail shell) and generally white they are Spirorbid worms if they have brown tubes and no specific shape than they are small tube worms. Both are filter feeders and are not harmful in any way...
 
They are curled and white but they are minute. You can hardly see or notice them unless you inspect the glass closely.
