little worried

Ok i got my 120 i bought used and the overflows had build up all over them. So i took Distilled White Vinegar 5% acidity and poured it straight on the glass and all over the overflows. Now i left this straight Vinegar on without rinsing for a week. After thinking about Vinegar and its acidity i was starting to wonder if it could breakdown the sealant that holds the overflows and glass together. Now worried i filled the tank completely with fresh water all the way to the top so now the ratio of vinegar to water is the original 2 gallons i poured in to 118 gallons of fresh water. It has been running for 5 days now with a powerhead on and no leaks or anything, Should i be worried and can vinegar even breakdown the sealant?

Should be fine, vinegar isn't too strong. I use straight vinegar to clean everything I get.

If you can, I'd leave it outside filled for a day or two for peace of mind.

It has been full for 3 days now circulating water with a power head. No leaks.
