I just want to say thank you for being so understanding and going beyond everyone's expectations in making matters right. I recently ordered an expensive item from the Divers Den that the picture shown on the website was no where near representational of the actual piece. LA was MORE than willing to make the situation right. Although this is the second time this has happened to me and I will probably not order from them again, my hats off to you for maintaining your excellent customer service.
