Live Food Options for Hawkfish?

I have a new flame hawkfish and I would like to introduce some live food to my tank that would tide him over say for a weekend if I was out of town. My other fish are omnivores so they will pick at algae in the tank if I am not feeding for a day or two but the hawkfish won't. Plus, I have read that these fish like to hunt their food so I would like to offer that if possible.

So, what live food options do I have? I don't really want something that will be a lot of work so my preference would be to just buy something at a fish store or even overnight shipping online. Like some sort of live shrimp? Not sure what to look for specifically or what other options there might be. Ideally something that will survive in the tank for awhile - until eaten obviously. :)

Thanks!

About the only thing available that is live for consumption would be glass shrimp or live brine. Everything else will die in saltwater (blackworms) in a short amount of time.

Do it it pellets or flakes? If so get an auto feeder (I like the Eheim one).

Being able to survive on an auto feeder while I am away is why all of my fish need to accept pellets and get them regularly. I don't want them getting picky then having a hard time dealing with pellets.

My mandarin is the exception to this rule, but my system supports enough pods for her.
