Live Hair?

I see these strings in my rock when I shine a light on them they go back in the hole. Any idea what these things are? I hope they are not bad I have a few in my tank atm.

They're good. Are they in bunches from the same hole, or one tube per hole? One tube per hole might be peanut worms. Either way - good detrivores.

Could be peanuts, or spaghetti/hair worms

They kinda look like spaghetti worms but they are not really bunched up like the pic. They do have a fuzzy end to them.
